Join us for a canoe and kayak tree planting event! Bring your own boat for this planting event, where we’ll travel down the river together to our planting site.

Meet at the parking lot just over the Nerepis bridge on Route 102 (across from the Fort Boishebert Plaque, 45.370048, -66.234654) in Grand Bay-Westfield, where we’ll launch our boats. This event will include a 3km (~30 min) paddle along the beautiful Nerepis River to get to the site. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can get started on time. Shovels, gloves, and light refreshments will be provided. Proper footwear, weather-appropriate gear, and water are highly recommended. Please note that there will be no bathroom facilities on site.
