Join us for a canoe and kayak tree planting event! A limited number of boats will be available for use for free, including canoes and tandem kayaks! Have your own boat? Feel free to bring it along as well. We will all travel down the river together to our planting site.

Meet at the parking lot at the Brundage Point River Centre (Westfield Ferry) in Grand Bay-Westfield, where we’ll launch our boats. This event will include a 2km (~30 min) paddle along the beautiful Wolastoq (Saint John) River to get to the site. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can get started on time.

Shovels, gloves, and light refreshments will be provided. Proper footwear, weather-appropriate gear, and water are highly recommended. Please note that there will be no bathroom facilities on site.
